In this episode, our prep team discusses the concept of when you should "push" during a prep and when you should "pull back." Contest prep and the essence of getting stage lean is NOT just a matter of pushing every time a plateau is made. There does come a point where continuing to push CAN potentially be counterintuitive to the goal at hand. Our prep team talks about some signs that they look for in clients, when determining whether to pull back or to continue to push forward.
